Castrol is a global brand of automotive, industrial, marine and energy lubricants offering a wide range of oils, greases and similar products for commercial and industrial applications. There’s a good chance you've connected with a Castrol product for automotive lubrication and maintenance.
Proud to have a long-standing relationship with Castrol and their industrial lubricant division, Comply was asked to help promote their presence at the AWEA Windpower Conference & Exposition. Trade publication ads and a video attractor were developed that build on the establised "The Technology Inside" campaign.
Comply provided the project management, brand application expertise, and detailed creative execution that met the campaign objectives across the defined channels.
Utilizing available campaign imagery, Comply's first challenge was to design and refine the messaging for a two, full-page print ads. The first communication promoted Castrol’s wide range of products for machining and performance lubrication. The second focused on Castrol Industrial lubricants. Incorporated into the design of each ad was a QR code that drove prospects and clients to a specific Web page for additional information about Castrol’s full range of product and service offerings.
Using the "The Technology Inside" theme, Comply's next challenge was to update the content of an existing Castrol video, merge it with multiple print and interactive media presentations, and create three-minute self-running linear presentation for the attendees of the AWEA Conference.
Comply services included storyboard concepts, stock imagery and video research, pre- and post-production editing, sound track engineering, sales team presentations, and the replication of materials for multiple users at the show and beyond.
