Seven decades of service and excellent patient care have made Wheaton Eye Clinic (WEC) the largest private ophthalmology clinic in the Midwest. Comply's relationship with Wheaton Eye Clinic began with an invitation to redesign and expand the Clinic's online presence.
Challenged with the task of unifying the look, message and voice of WEC's independent doctors and surgeons under one brand, the relationship expanded beyond the website to include site promotion, competitive research and postioning, and awareness advertising.
Assessing multiple patient demographics, as well as B2C and B2B audiences, Comply created and applied the new WEC brand that delivered relevant and targeted messaging across multiple channels. The expanded website showcased the doctors and locations which provided the opportunity for increased patient connections.
As a result of the restructured site architecture, the user experience was improved with multiple audiences able to quickly access information. Repositioning WEC as a "go-to" patient education resource elevated the brand and supported their mission—excellence in compassionate eye care.
