Amy Kadomatsu joined the company as chief operating officer in 2018 and was named president in December 2019 and subsequently chief executive officer in October 2020.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kadomatsu’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Instabot, an enterprise chatbot platform which allows marketers to engage and convert their users through conversational bots, and ROKO Labs, a product strategy and technology consultancy company which works with global companies and VC-backed startups to accelerate business and deliver award-winning experiences.
She has also served as a managing director at S&P Global, a Fortune 500 company, and the chief product officer at the TheMarkets.com, a consortium of the largest financial services firms, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Citi, which was acquired by S&P Capital IQ for $300 million.
Passionate about innovation and diversity, Ms. Kadomatsu remains on the ROKO Labs’ board and serves as co-board chair for MOUSE, a national nonprofit bringing coding curriculum and STEM programs to underserved youth. She is also an advisor to several start-up companies and an angel investor with HBS NY Angels. Since 2006, she has sponsored a scholarship for a deserving rising college student who excels in a Japanese cultural activity in honor of her dance teacher.
Ms. Kadomatsu holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Eric White joined COMPLY in 2022 as president, overseeing product, technology, customer experience and regulatory services. Mr. White brings with him more than two decades of global expertise in general management, product marketing, research and development, and mergers and acquisition, as well as go-to-market strategy, sales and business development.
Throughout his career, Mr. White has served in multiple executive roles, most recently as the chief operating officer at Emburse. Prior to Emburse, he served as president at Axcient and chief executive officer for Nexonia, where he led the integration of multiple brands, resulting in increased profitability and overall business growth. Before that time, Mr. White was chief of staff at ChiroTouch and spent more than 15 years with Trimble Inc., serving in a variety of roles, including as chief product officer for the mobile solutions division.
Mr. White received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a master's degree from Kansas State University. He also has a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
David Bliss joined the company in 2023 as chief product officer, leading the product management and user experience teams. David focuses on driving customer- and market-centric, outside-in product strategies to build innovative roadmaps and drive growth. Prior to Comply, David held multiple leadership roles in the software space, including as the chief product officer at Calero, VP of product at CCC Intelligent Solutions, senior consultant at PwC and leader of the product marketing team at Accuity. David earned his MBA from Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois.
Arin Chassine joined the company in 2019 to begin building out the finance function. He was named chief of staff in early 2021, where he has been responsible for working alongside the leadership team on key strategic and cross-functional initiatives for the organization.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Chassine held various positions within the Asset Management Division of Credit Suisse, where he focused on private equity. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Christopher DiTata, Esq. is the executive vice president, programmatic compliance at COMPLY. He joined the organization in 2021 as part of the acquisition of RIA in a Box, where he had served as vice president and general counsel since 2018. Prior to RIA in a Box, Mr. DiTata served as an associate at Babchik & Young, LLP, an attorney at Drechsler & Drechsler LLP and an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP.
Mr. DiTata is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Financial Planning Association and a licensed real estate broker. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
John Gebauer joined the company in 2021 as part of the acquisition of National Regulatory Services (NRS) and was named its chief regulatory officer in 2022.
Mr. Gebauer was named NRS president in 2006 and over the next 15 years helped grow the company into the nation’s leader in compliance solutions and services for financial services firms. Originally joining NRS in 1992 as an executive vice president and chief information officer, he was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of industry leading software solutions, including early releases of the E-Z Registration software, the integration of acquired solutions, such as ComplianceMAX and the FIRE Solutions Blaze Platform, and guiding innovations in Blue Sky technology.
Before NRS, Mr. Gebauer served as a senior systems engineer at Mycroft, Inc., and as a systems engineer for the Grumman corporation, where he oversaw the deployment of large-scale military satellites and developed the algorithms used to determine the internal effects of multi-dimensional movement of objects in space.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University and has completed graduate studies in systems engineering at Polytechnic Institute.
Helen Johnson joined the organization in 2022 as the chief technology officer. Prior to that time, Ms. Johnson, served as the chief technology officer at Data Dynamics, Inc. and worked at AIG where she held numerous leadership positions, including serving as the global head of IT delivery partnership, head of science technology and chief data officer. She has also served at Thompson Reuters Eikon, RBS Global Banking and Markets, and Bloomberg, among others.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science and economics from Cornell University and currently serves as an advisory board member for Wallaroo Labs and Sorcero.
Bill Mahoney joined the company in 2021 as the chief customer officer. Previously, Mr. Mahoney served as vice president of customer operations at LeaseQuery, a three-time member of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies list, where he was responsible for the customer facing, training and marketing teams. Prior to LeaseQuery, he was the vice president of education and enablement at SalesLoft, one of Atlanta’s fastest growing companies.
Mr. Mahoney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Gayle Nixon joined COMPLY in 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing and leading a high-performing global marketing team. Mrs. Nixon brings more than fifteen years of marketing expertise in all aspects of marketing, including a company's global positioning, branding, product marketing, growth marketing, mergers & acquisitions, plus implementing cohesive performance-based marketing programs that strengthen engagement between key stakeholders to COMPLY's premium brand.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Nixon has served in multiple executive leadership roles and, most recently, as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Litera Microsystems. Prior to Litera Microsystems, she served as Vice President of Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing at SS&C Intralinks where she led a transformation in marketing strategy, which resulted in overall business growth. Before that time, Gayle worked in marketing executive leadership positions at Rocket Software, itslearning and Harte Hanks. She managed various full-stack marketing functions, such as building ROI-focused go-to-market strategies while scaling high-caliber teams.
Mrs. Nixon received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Plymouth State University and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University.
Eric Przybisiki joined the company as its general counsel in 2018 and was named chief legal officer in 2021. Prior to joining, Mr. Przybisiki served as the secretary and general counsel for the North American businesses of Atos (Euronext: ATO), a global IT outsourcing provider, where he oversaw and coordinated the legal strategy and affairs of its regional businesses and led the team responsible for all legal matters, including global outsourcing transactions, intellectual property, data privacy, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and procurement.
Mr. Przybisiki has spent more than 20 years in-house advising clients in the technology field, serving organizations, such as Hyperion Solutions, HSS, Westcon Group and Siemens on a myriad of matters related to their contracting, compliance, operations, product development and strategic growth initiatives.
He holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut and New York.
Nathan Remmes joined COMPLY in 2023 as its chief growth officer where he leads the company’s sales, revenue operations, marketing and communications efforts. Mr. Remmes has more than 15 years of experience in sales management, operations and business development.
From 2017 to 2022, Mr. Remmes was a member of the executive leadership team at SalesLoft, the provider of the leading sales engagement platform, most recently as the executive vice president of the commercial business unit. During his tenue with SalesLoft, Mr. Remmes led the company’s commercial segment’s customers from lead to renewal, managing teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Prior to SalesLoft, he served as vice president of marketing and corporate development at NanoLumens, a provider of LED solutions, where he had financial and strategic oversight of sales development, revenue and marketing.
Mr. Remmes has been recognized as one of the 40 Most Inspiring Leaders in Sales Lead Management by the Sales Lead Management Association and the B2B Marketing Executive of the Year by the Technology Association of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Canisius College and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Daniel Sanders joined COMPLY in 2023 as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Sanders brings more than 30 years of global financial and operational experience with publicly traded venture capital-backed and private equity-funded technology companies. His experience includes three initial public offerings (IPOs), more than 20 merger and acquisition transactions, with two full exits, and participation in multiple fundraising events.
Previously, Mr. Sanders served as vice president of finance at TraceLink, a SaaS provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions. Prior to TraceLink, he held executive finance positions as vice president of finance, cloud at UKG, formerly Kronos, a high growth SaaS software development company, and various director-level roles at NaviSite, BladeLogic and Panacos Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Sanders also previously served as a chief finance officer and vice president of finance at InfoRay Corp and interim chief financial officer at ON Technology.
Mr. Sanders received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Danielle Schlar joined the company in December 2019 as the chief people officer. Prior to that time, she was the global head of people at LNR and served as the vice president of human resources at Relationship Science, a start-up in the technology and information services space. Ms. Schlar has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and recruiting and a proven track record of building successful teams at growth-stage software companies.
She is certified as a senior professional in human resources (HRCI) and senior certified professional in human resources (SHRM). Ms. Schlar holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Science in human resources management from New York University.

Stephen Marsh founded Smarsh in 2001. Under his leadership, Smarsh has grown to become the leader in the enterprise information archiving industry.
Before founding Smarsh, Mr. Marsh led product management and development efforts at CCBN, which subsequently became a division of Thomson Financial, Reuters and then NASDAQ. He previously spent time in key roles at Fidelity Investments and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
Mr. Marsh is actively involved in the Oregon technology community and mentors the founders of more than a dozen fast-growing companies. He was the recipient of the 2018 Technology Association of Oregon’s Sam Blackman Award, which honors Oregon’s top technology executive. In 2014, Stephen was named FTF News’ FinTech Person of the Year.
He holds a degree in information management and technology, economics from Syracuse University.
