Danielle Schlar

Danielle Schlar joined Comply in December 2019 as Chief People Officer.  In this role, Danielle is responsible for leading the company’s overall human resources strategy including people management, talent, HR operations and technology, organizational design and development, benefits and compensation, and learning and development. As Chief People Officer, Danielle works with all leaders and business functions to ensure that the HR function supports the business goals and strategies of the company as well as the needs of the employees.

Prior to Comply, Danielle was the Global VP of People at LRN, a global provider of ethics and compliance solutions, where she managed the entire human resources functions in both the US and India.  She also has significant experience working with start-ups in the financial and information technology space, including HR roles at Relationship Science, ICAP, and Capital IQ.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from New York University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI) and Senior certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM).
