Jack Van Arsdale

Jack Van Arsdale joined COMPLY in April 2025 as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.  In this role, Jack oversees strategic legal and governance functions, advises on corporate strategy and commercial transactions, and ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Jack partners cross-functionally to support the company’s growth, driving modern governance and enabling COMPLY and its clients to scale securely, globally.

Prior to COMPLY, as General Counsel at 360training.com, Inc., Jack led numerous acquisitions to expand the business’s portfolio of training content. Before 360training, Jack served as General Counsel at Diligent Corporation, a leading Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) SaaS company, where he completed 25 acquisitions and built a global legal team as the company scaled from $15 million to $600 million in revenue. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brainloop AG, a Munich-based GRC software provider.

Jack holds a J.D. with a concentration in Corporate Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and an A.B. from Cornell University, with a double major in English and Economics.
