Recognition That Reflects a Movement: How Comply’s 2025 Awards Mirror What’s Next for Compliance in 2026

Jan 08, 2026

Recognition That Signals a Shift

In 2025, Comply earned some of the industry’s most respected honors that reflected both innovation and growth. Comply was recognized as:

  • RegTech of the Year – U.S. FinTech Awards
  • Finalist, Data Initiative of the Year – U.S. FinTech Awards
  • RegTech100 List Honoree – FinTech Global
  • Fastest-Growing Private Companies – Inc. 5000
  • Bronze Stevie Award Winner – Governance, Risk & Compliance Solution
  • Wealth Management Industry Award Winner – Compliance/Law Firm of the Year
  • Private Equity Wire U.S. Award Winner – Regulatory & Compliance Technology of the Year
  • G2 High Performer for Winter 2026 – Customer Satisfaction Recognition

These awards represent Comply’s unwavering commitment to building robust, scalable, and secure compliance solutions, services, and education offerings that span financial services firms of all sizes.

Across RIAs, wealth managers, broker-dealers, private funds, and investment banks, one message remains true: oversight needs to work as one system with expertise to match. Comply was built to do just that.

Each award highlights what is becoming essential to modern compliance: clarity, control, connectivity, and confidence. These are the Four C’s of Comply’s mission to set the standard for regulatory compliance.

Comply helps clients gain:

  • Clarity in decisions made with precision
  • Confidence in the face of regulatory complexity
  • Credibility earned through expertise and experience
  • Connection to people, platforms, and possibilities

With 14+ SEC rules rolled back in 2025, it’s no secret that financial services firms are operating in a deregulated environment. The focus has shifted back to the basics.

At the same time, compliance programs are evolving from checklists, spreadsheets, and legacy technology to connected systems bult by regulatory experts for regulatory experts. It’s not just about having Policies and Procedures and Written Supervisory Procedures. It’s about how your compliance policies are put into practice, and the ability to prove that to regulators. The SEC’s 2026 Exam Priorities and FINRA’s 2026 Priorities further strengthen the back to basics approach.

The Bigger Picture: 2026 and the Compliance Reset

If the awards tell one story, the data tells another. Together, they show why this moment matters.

According to Comply’s 2026 CCO & Compliance Leader Insights Report, the industry is in transition. The data shows:

  • 43% of compliance teams still rely on Outlook or Google Calendar to track activities
  • 17% are managing oversight through spreadsheets
  • 52% conduct risk assessments manually
  • 48% struggle to gather documentation during annual reviews
  • 57% say aligning policies with business activity is one of their biggest pressures.

At the same time, 69% of firms are already using AI, yet only 49% have formal governance in place.

A whopping 81% of CCOs believe they have enough resources, but nearly half still cite challenges with training and accountability.

The takeaway? Compliance leaders are ready to evolve; they just need infrastructure that matches their ambition and expertise to provide clarity and direction.

It’s Comply’s mission to do just that.

Each award Comply earned in 2025 reinforces a simple truth: success in compliance depends on proof, not promises. The industry is moving past static policies and toward systems that adapt as quickly as risk does.

The Future We’re Building, Together

Our future is built on trust. Compliance leaders like you are navigating higher expectations, tighter scrutiny, and faster-moving risk, and need systems and strategic consultants to help you confidently navigate regulatory change and ensure your compliance manuals, program, fillings, and disclosures are accurate and up to date.

Comply’s platform connects policies, testing, approvals, disclosures, and documentation in one single source of truth. It gives firms the tools to see everything clearly, act confidently, and stay ready for what’s next.

Compliance teams are moving toward programs built on transparency, accountability, and proof. They want to see everything in one place. They want confidence that controls are working as intended. And they want documentation that tells a clear, defensible story when regulators come calling.

That’s the future Comply is building toward. As 2026 unfolds, Comply will continue helping firms meet each challenge with clarity, control, connectivity, and confidence, supporting compliance programs that not only meet expectations, but set the standard for strong oversight looks like.
